摘要目的：比较早期乳腺癌保乳手术与改良根治术的临床疗效，探讨早期乳腺癌的最佳手术方法。方法：观察85例早期乳腺癌患者癌症研究从2004年1月至2011年三月在我们医院，42例治疗组中，接受保乳手术，对照组43例接受改良根治术，两组切口长度，手术出血，数据量。结果：手术时间越短，出血少，住院时间短，术后并发症发生率。的美容效果，治疗组的优良率显着增高（P <0.05）。两组总生存率和无病生存率无显着差异（P> 0.05）。结论：对于早期乳腺癌，保乳手术是一种可行的手术方法。
