2）如果供应商负责为撤销的原因，那么供应商应只支付提供和转让交货，只要门能够利用这些为宗旨意。通过门赔偿仍然不受影响。如果门是负责终止时，供应商应只收取报酬已经提供和转让交付;供应商进一步索赔被排除在外。
