求翻译：hey this is my second email to you regarding the ink cartridges I've received. They do not work. when in color mode it wont print anything, when in black n white mode it prints yellowish ink and its just not working right. please do something asap or I will have to escalate this to ebay resolution center. thank you.是什么意思？ 待解决
