求翻译：As you are aware and explained many times that you are supposed to clear the imported goods with Customs, Zambia by placing Form II alongwith other documents from July, 2013 onwards, but you did not do so. Now, where SI 55 was revoked and for the goods are cleared already, you want us to arrange duly stamped and signed是什么意思？ 待解决
