求翻译:市场定位: 我个人分析,认为从目前全球市场来看,戴尔是领导者,而联想已经跃到第三名。但正因为如此,联想更应该清楚的看到自己在全球市场上的危机,从而做出正确的战略选择。当行业的竞争更趋激烈时,最有可能的就是第三名的企业被推向亏损,特别是当面对具有成本优势的戴尔公司时,这种危险更大。因此,对于联想这类通才型PC业务的厂商而言,最现实的战略选择不是退缩,而是全球市场份额的提升。不能清楚的认识到这一点的话,那么联想就有可能还并购IBMPC业务后,自己也成为被并购的对象。是什么意思?
