执行本或本合同的一切争议应通过友好协商解决。万一没有解决才能达到通过案件应由在新加坡的新加坡商业仲裁协会商业仲裁规则仲裁最终解决的谈判。仲裁员作出的裁决须决赛并对双方具有约束力。仲裁费用应由败诉方承担。
