求翻译：squeezing the traps never worked for me. i know its less risky to damage the traps that way, but they never stay closed that way for me. a lot of my important VFTs (read: most of the non-typicals) are under artificial lights, so they dont atch too many insects on their own in my place. they really get a good grow boost是什么意思？ 待解决
