求翻译：Hi Oliver, thanks for feedback. Actually we were working on price negotiation with suppliers, however this is the 2nd order, suppliers need more practice. Their UPPH using for quotation are 12 although the actual is only 6. Anyway, we're keeping on price negotiation and UPPH monitoring.是什么意思？
