19.1.任何方不得转让本协议或其全部或部分的性能本合同向任何其他公司只与事先书面同意的另一方，此种同意不得被无理拒绝如果提供令人满意的持续和及时地履行本协议另一方的证据。受让人将承担转让人的义务，因为如果受让人是本协定的原始缔约国。转让的正式通知须将呈现给买方或卖方 (视情况而定)，明确指出对受让人的完整的联系人详情。

19.1.任何党在本文中可能指定对任何其它公司的这项协议或其总或者部分表现仅仅以其他党的以前书面同意，不要不相当被抑制的这样的同意如果证据令人满意到这项协议的连续和适时的表现的其他党被提供。受理人将假定分配者的义务好象受理人对于这项协议是一个原始聚会。任务的正式通知将向买主或卖主被提供 ( 作为案例可能是 )，确切地表示在那里在受理人的全部联系细节上。
