求翻译:目前在做styx 案子,常遇到的問題如documents不足就是不夠清楚,和客戶如何去如何去validation?但是客戶反應的問題往往到了heaquader之後就沒有回應,這樣不僅影響到客戶對我們公司的信心,間接對公司產品失去興趣,建議我們有機會可以成立類似client的response team,讓內部有一個角色可以去tracking & driving客戶問題,他不用直接對客戶(但如果能當然也是更好),當然也可以透過support team來連繫客戶跟追蹤問題處理的進度。是什么意思?
