从客户的额外的工作要求，工程部将执行该服务时 《签证单》 (额外工作证书) 由两方项目负责人签署。额外的工作将不会包含入 《工程量清单》and 《进度款申请表》which 是按原始合同仍准备每月。因此，赚取的额外收入将不被确认在财务报告中期间收缩工作进展情况。当项目完成报告和项目财务的最后报告备工程和成本核算部门在项目结束时，只会考虑 《签证单》 (额外工作证书)。财务部将认识收入相应。
