求翻译：Great hotel - loved the location - rooms are nice and functional. Breakfast included but was basic. I would stay here again. Whilst the femal receptionist was incredibly charming and so was the concierge the rest of the staff where cold , never said hello and seemed to avoid contact, simple fix just say hello and smile是什么意思？ 待解决
