求翻译：I received your radio today and after all your assurance you are wrong. It does not work it does not power up at all. Looking at your connection diagram C7 switching +12v is appearing as ground causing it to not power. I have checked the supply is working and correct but the feed from item in the photo is not present. 是什么意思？ 待解决
