抵达货物的买方 , 买方应立即检查货物在其自身的费用。如果买家认为货物不符合合同规定的条款和条件 , 买方必须、日期后的 30 天内到达后 , 给卖方的书面通知的任何索赔具体规定它的详细信息。买方保留有权报销由卖方补偿这类非符合性。
