求翻译:可看出Cu的自扩散系数小,但在靠近界面的扩散区还是有一定量的分布,显然是在基体中形成Mg-Cu金属间化合物的结果。沿着向钛一侧的方向,可以发现Mg、Cu、Al三种元素波动规律较为相似,出现波峰与波谷的位置较为接近。是什么意思?
