求翻译：作为一个follower，我知道了怎么去做一个好的，为公司做出贡献的follower。在实习期刚刚开始的时候，我是一个passive follower，既没有独立思考的能力，又不会积极主动参与。在实习刚开始的阶段，我没想过follower能对整个公司有着重要的意义，因为在那时候所有的决定都是由leader制定的，follower的任务就是去服从和执行。但是，通过了将近两个月的实习，我明白了当一个好的follower有多重要。通过两个月的实习，我决心以后要当一个effective leader。因为这种follower对公司或者团队总是可以起到积极地作用，他们可以帮助leader，使整个团队更快的完成任务。是什么意思？ 待解决
