求翻译：我觉得发达国家应该承担更多的责任。举个例子，非洲大多都是不发达的小国家，他们大多以农牧业来支撑经济。而种粮食还是经济作物都离不开气候的影响。但近年来全球变暖，气候异常，这对他们来说影响是非常大的，也就影响了这些国家的经济发展。所以我想说，非洲这些不发达的国家不是温室气体的主要制造者而是受害者。发达国家在两次工业和两次战争中优先发展，经济发展同时带来了大量污染。发展中国家在发展过程中落后，不能做好减少二氧化碳的排放量，导致气候异常，影响经济发展。这时候，发达国家应该站出来承担更多责任。对自己更加严格，对不发达国家给予更多的帮助。毕竟地球只有一个，我们应当一同保护它，能力越大，责任越大。是什么意思？ 待解决
