求翻译:通过建立PDCCH链路进行Matlab仿真,从仿真结果可以看出在信道质量不是很好条件下,改进后的盲检次数比目前算法的盲检次数更适中,不会因为不同的参数而导致盲检次数变化太大。在信道质量较好时,改进后的平均盲检次数普遍要比目前项目中使用的算法要少。因此本算法可以减少了UE的计算量和处理复杂度,缩短了系统的时延是什么意思?
