如果本条8.1.4.1基于本协议未终止，则卖方应有权重新安排发货。本条8.1.4.1和这个新的计划交割月份应该是对缔约双方有约束力的时期后，卖方应在十五（15）天之内通知买方新的预定的交割月份。
