求翻译:在试用期内,甲方认为乙方不符合录用条件的,包括但不限于员工体检未通过、员工的用工手续不完备、员工能胜任所担任岗位的指标或者相应的要求、员工在试用期内请假次数超过 天或者迟到早退超过 次、员工不能通过公司进行的背景调查或者在履历、自我介绍中有弄虚作假行为、员工顶撞上司、员工同其他员工发生矛盾,或者其它任何主管认为员工不能符合该职位的要求的都可以作为甲方同乙方解除劳动合同的合理的正当的理由。是什么意思?
