首先，很多人不能得到就业，这是一个在世界上的普遍问题。第二，在发展中国家有没有足够的庇护所的人太多，所以有些人没有妥善安置，甚至有机会接触到的元素。第三，在欠发达国家很多人挨饿，因为粮食短缺，这反过来又导致许多其他问题，营养不良，疾病等四的，有没有足够的学校这么多人，所以很多人是文盲。
