求翻译:胎儿期从母体所获得的铁以妊娠最后三个月为最多。正常足月新生儿体内贮铁量约为250~300毫克(平均60~70毫克/公斤)。贮存铁及出生后红细胞破坏所释放的铁足够出生后3~4个月内造血之需。如贮铁不足,则婴儿期易较早发生缺铁性贫血。母患严重缺铁性贫血、早产或双胎致婴儿出生体重过低,以及从胎儿循环中失血(如胎儿输血至母体或输血至另一同胞孪生胎儿),都是造成新生儿贮铁减少的原因。是什么意思?
