如果承包者(第二方)及其后的书面通知的默认值确定的核查期间作出的购买人(第一方)、没有采取的措施说在这种通知与30(三十)天的情况或在其不履行合同的规定,或其埋下的工作,買方(第二方)有权单方面终止合同而不需要任何其他法律决定,警告或抗议。
