求翻译：【摘要】目的：探讨高原肺水肿的临床特点，总结其诊断、治疗以及预防经验。方法：对我院2006年6月至2010年6月收住的50例高原肺水肿患者临床资料进行回顾性分析研究。结果：本组病例男35例(占70％)，女15例(占30％)，抵达高原后8～96h发病者45例(占90％)，有上呼吸道感染为诱因发病者40例(占80％)，合并高原脑水肿者死亡1例 。结论：高原肺水肿多由快速进入高原所致，上呼吸道感染易诱发本病，病死常见于合并高原脑水肿者。是什么意思？
