求翻译:由于基坑深度大,土质条件较复杂,尤其3-1-2新黄土(水下)、4-1-2-1老黄土(水下)及4-4粉质黏土呈软塑状态,抗剪强度指标相对较低,工程性能差,深基坑开挖后,在内外土体高差及超载作用下,支护结构外侧土体易向坑内移动,在坑底产生塑性隆起,并引起基坑外侧地面沉降。是什么意思?
