The xrd diffraction analysis, sem & eds observed sample first with 150 mesh and 400 Al2O3 sandpaper and a 5 # sic sandpaper grinding, and then washed with distilled water and ethanol ultrasonic cr2o3 polishing, blow dry and set aside.
