求翻译：本备忘录自签字之日起生效，有效期为五年。但是，双方大学任何一方如在12个月前书面通知对方，可以终止本备忘录。在有效期内如果没有终止，应在本备忘录终止日前6个月，通过双方协商进行续签。是什么意思？ 待解决
