求翻译：初中生物学新课程改革自2001年通过初审至现在已有十年光阴了，课程标准和教材更新世基础教育改革的核心内容，也是国民经济发展的需要。本研究主要采用文献研究法和比较研究法对初中生物教学和高等师范动物学教学的现状及实效性展开研究，发现新课标改革下高等师范教育取得了一些佳绩，但同时也暴露出诸多问题，主要原因还是许多教师仍沿用传统的教育教学模式，并由此引发一系列的矛盾。为防止这些矛盾的进一步激化，使高等师范教育能更好地与初中生物教学接轨，我在此对高校的老师、在校生物专业师范生以及学院提出了一些相应的教学建议。是什么意思？
