求翻译：I recently purchased a laptop from your company. I've been having trouble with the webcam. I know it works because it worked with another program I downloaded. But I want to use it with Lifeframe. When I open lifeframe there's no picture, just a black screen. There's a green light next to the camera. Please let me know是什么意思？ 待解决
