求翻译：As to CHP TBHP and TDDM,drain each line as fast as possible and receive the material into clean drums respectively.then purge lines with nitrogen gas more than twice from the storage tank side to reactor side.if the use of fire is required with such charging system,complete water flushing must be done additionally.是什么意思？ 待解决
