求翻译：Excellent proximity to the Staples Center which was the purpose of the trip. Clean well maintained room. Older hotel with a great price. Nice crown molding, clean shower and bath, very comfortable king bed. Except for the front desk woman, staff was helpful and friendly. Actually had on site parking at no extra charge.是什么意思？ 待解决
