仲裁：在本合同或执行其连接的所有争议应通过友好协商加以解决。没有解决的情况下可以达到的，情况可能会被仲裁提交中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会按照程序暂行规则的颁布表示仲裁委员会。仲裁应在北京举行，仲裁委员会的决定是终局的，对双方都有约束力，任何一方不得寻求诉诸法律法庭或其他当局修订的决定提出上诉。仲裁费由败诉方承担。或仲裁可能会在第三国共同商定由双方在解决。
