历史上,龙是中国皇帝的象征。在周代,5爪龙被分配到天堂的儿子,4爪龙的贵族(煮后,诸侯),部长(代富)3爪龙。在秦朝,被分配了5爪龙代表皇帝,而4爪,3爪龙被分配到平民。龙在清代出现国旗。[1]
