不可抗力。任何一方不得违约或任何延误或者失败的公司因任何行为超出控制受影响的一方，何种情况下应包括但不限于本协议项下的义务承担责任，天灾，火灾，洪水，飓风，然而，地震，海啸，罢工，公共敌人的行为，恐怖主义，暴乱或内乱，双方应通过合理的努力，以减轻不可抗力事件的影响。等影响的一方应通知对方立即和核实等不可抗力事件的当局提供的证书。任何不可抗力事件后，双方应尽快适用，真诚谈判有关协议的继续执行。这种情况下，如果持续超过60天，任何一方可终止30天前以书面通知适用的母猪。
