求翻译:在如今的英语课堂教学中,不少教员曾经遇到过课堂氛围压制、死气沉沉,学生参与课堂的积极性很差,教学效率低的现象。其中一方面就表现出学生的思想不活泼,以至消极被动,进而影响到课堂的容量和效益。时间长了,学生容易养成被动承受、不愿动脑的课堂学习定式,同时也影响到我们的教学成果、学生学习成果的进步。是什么意思?
