求翻译：【摘要】近年来，关于大学生焦虑引起的心理健康问题呈逐年上升趋势，大学生的焦虑状态越来越受到社会的普遍关注。针对此现象做此调查问卷，对南京特教学院康复科学系毕业师范班108名同学进行调查，结果表明特殊教育师范生在毕业前，有25人（23.2%）存在焦虑的情绪，其中轻度焦虑19人，占17.6%；中度焦虑6人，占5.6%；无重度焦虑。从就业压力、学习压力、生活不规律方面分析原因；从而提出树立正确的就业观、加强自我调节、调整生活规律、开展心理健康教育等合理建议，从而减轻特殊教育师范生毕业前的焦虑状态，建立良好的心理素质。旨在有效降低师范生毕业前的焦虑，为大学生毕业前心理健康教育提供依据。是什么意思？ 待解决
