求翻译：Samsung SDSC had asked for quotation just from May and always change the configuration. As the conf. had not been finalized, and also because it is almost all new products, we have no time to apply for a very good price for Samsung. Thus SDSC complain about we are not offering the best price comparison to Korean team是什么意思？

三星SDSC曾问刚刚从5月份的报价，并随时更改配置。在conf。尚未定案，还因为它是几乎所有的新产品，我们没有时间去申请三星的一个很好的价格。 SDSC因此抱怨我们提供了最好的价格比较，韩国队。
