求翻译：I am so sorry for not writing, I am a little frustrated at the moment, I have not heard back from the U.K. in regard to my police clearance. I have written to them again but so far I have had no response. I'm not sure why the Chinese embassy requested for this clearance but I guess rules are rules.是什么意思？ 待解决
