求翻译：如果教室能当医务室和代替孩子们去医院确诊，如果学校和教室竟敢冒充医生的职业，号召学生在教室打吊瓶输液，岂不是让学校实现了跨行业经营吗？而且，不用到食品药品监督管理局和卫生局登记备案，也不用领取医疗行医许可证，学校医务室的医生和老师都能充当义务工作者，我们还要医院干什么？在笔者看来，学校医务室，只能起到一些预防疾病的宣传和防疫作用，以及处理一些突发轻微疾病的应急处理，绝不能把学校医务室随意改变为医院才具有的工作职能。在教室集体打吊瓶，更是学校的违规行为，也是对学生身体何晟铭的不负责任。不要以为，打吊瓶输的是氨基酸营养液就是在保护学生，教室的卫生条件和医务室及医院相比，其卫生条件相差甚远。是什么意思？ 待解决
