如果hwnd参数是空的，所有顶层窗口，属于当前线程被禁用的除外mb_applmodal相同。使用此标志时调用的应用程序或库没有可用一个窗口句柄，但仍然需要防止其他线程没有挂起调用线程的其他窗口的输入。

如果hWnd参量是空的，和一样MB_APPLMODAL，除了属于当前螺纹的所有上层窗口是残疾。 使用这面旗子，当叫的应用或图书馆在叫的螺纹时没有窗口把柄可利用，而是仍然需要防止输入对其他窗口不暂停其他螺纹。
