摘要目的：不加热快速抗酸染色替代施乐neelsen抗酸染色法检查麻风杆菌的可行性评估。方法：采用不加热快速抗酸染色涂片镜检134组织液样本被收集疑似麻风病人，得到的结果和施乐-neelsen传统的染色方法镜检结果进行比较。结果：两种方法检测结果基本相符。结论：不加热快速抗酸染色操作舒适，不升温，节省时间，不容易对环境造成污染，染色效果同样好，可替代的施乐neelsen染色方法来查找麻风病芽孢杆菌，适合基本单元麻风病的预防和控制组织的推广应用。
