从执行产生的或与本合同有关的一切争端，应通过友好协商都parties.in案件得到解决没有解决办法，可以达到这种协商开始后六十（60）天，本合同各方应参照有关省级或市级政府或部门部的争端寻求可能的解决方案。如果争端有关省级或市级政府或部门部参考之日起六十（60）天之内没有解决，友好，合同各方应继续进行仲裁。
