求翻译：I have an unlimited work visa meaning that I can work anywhere that I choose without having to extend though it was costly. The government issued me a new visa that is for one year. So I can work right now. There is still about 1 month remaining before expiration. My conversational Chinese is strong though not fluent. 是什么意思？ 待解决
