求翻译:四方文件中的第4.7.2条11.0bar的参数设置是根据贵方提供的安全阀图纸“B63231”中的参数“响应压力为10.3~10.9,开启至最大流量为11.0bar”。在实际试验时总风压力在10.9之前不下降,安全阀无法确定是否开启。只有在接近11.0bar时,才能听到猛烈排气声,同时总风压力下降。所以实际试验数值设置为11.0bar。是什么意思?
