Laboratory's services shall generally consist of testing or analyzing or inspecting materials or means of construction of GT equipment and/or equipment components or process samples ("Samples"), and providing technical advice, assistance and recommendations to GT personnel, as requested, in connection with programs of research and development and other activities of GT including, but not limited to, performing certain physical, chemical, mechanical, metallurgical and/or non-destructive tests of Samples; review, analysis and interpretation of test results; preparing appropriate reports, charts or other documentation containing such test results, or other activities as may be submitted as proposals, work requests or the like by Laboratory, and approved or authorized by GT, from time to time (collectively, "Services").
