求翻译：It is with great sadness that I write to announce Mr. Daniel Heung, Chairman of Fung Properties China Ltd., passed away peacefully in his sleep on July 2, 2011. All of us at Fung Properties and at LFIE mourn the loss of Daniel who had been working for the group for the past 11 years in various capacities. He was instrumental in upzoning, negotiating and executing the divestment of the Heshan property, the upzoning of the Panyu property, and the preparation work for the development of the Panyu site.
