Study on the use of the teachers ' job stress questionnaire and of the teachers ' job satisfaction questionnaire, with 350 rural middle and primary school teachers as participants, survey analysis of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas of job stress, job satisfaction, and both relate to each other.
