求翻译：On the -2C lid, the four holes in the corners of the lid were originally set to a diameter of 4.39mm (.173"). After the draft angles were applied, this changed to having a major diameter of 4.78mm and a minor diameter of 4.39. Instead of widening out from the bottom, the draft should have narrowed from the top of the hole, giving a major diameter of 4.39, and a minor diameter of 4.14 mm. (The mating hole on the -1C base is okay; that is a "through-hole", so it widens out just fine.)是什么意思？
