求翻译：2) Add a flotation for the BD effluent pre-treatment to decrease a part of COD and all SS. and now the KID has 3 CAF already, but the aerator is not good (only a mixer), So just need buy the aerators, then can move this CAF to pre-treat BD effluent.是什么意思？ 待解决
