求翻译：2.4 Surveyor shall not be permitted to subcontract its services under this Agreement. In addition, Surveyor may not assign its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the consent in writing of BGLT, CNOOC and FJLNG. If BGLT and/or CNOOC assign/s all its/their rights and obligations under the Master Agreement between BGLT and CNOOC to third party/ies thereto, BGLT and/or CNOOC shall then both or each respectively as the case may be assign their/its rights and obligations hereunder to that/those third party/ies also, as the case may be, on a written notice to the other Parties.是什么意思？
